You will need to create your own website with the following requirements:

• Quality The site must meet an average quality criterion. It should be easily navigated, work on most browsers, and be relatively free of obvious mistypes and grammatical errors.
• Welcome Statement Provide a paragraph which welcomes visitors to your ship. For example:

  
  <Your ship name here> is a simulation in Star Trek: Rebellion, an alternate Star Trek universe where the Maquis rebellion became a full blown Federation Civil War and the fight for freedom rages against a fractured Federation. (You may take this content from either the main ST:Rebellion site, the USS Zion or Qul Tuq.)

• Have links on your front page for the following content:
  • Crew Manifest
  • Your Ship's Specs
  • How to create a character
  • How to post
  • Rank structure
  • Regulations
  • The Timeline
  • Experience Points
  • Link to http://startrek-rebellion.com

• CO and GM Each ship must have a GM and a CO. One person may perform both roles. Your responsibilities include:
  
  • The creation and maintenance of your website
  • The creation and maintenance of a mailing list for your members to post to.
  • Recruiting players for your ship
  • Keeping track of everyone's posts to the mailing list, so that you can correct any errors in subject numbers and provide experience points on a weekly basis for them
  • Submitting the monthly experience points to the players in a 'game report'
  • Providing awards to the crew after every mission
  • Providing new missions for your ship to be part of (allowing for ideas given to you by your players)
  • Maintaining morale of your players, and administrating any problems within your crew

• Timeline Ensure that you work within Rebellion's timeline as best you can.
  • Any changes or additions you want made will need to be presented to the Fleet's CO first, and they will approve, deny, or advise of any changes that may need to be made.
  • Anything that you think is of relevance to the Timeline as a result of your ship's adventures should be submitted to the Fleet CO so that the main Timeline can be updated.

  • Do not permit reserved characters (I.E. Spock, Picard, Riker, etc.) to be used with out contacting Fleet CO for approval.
